Missouri sports betting legislation authorizes the state’s 13 riverboat casinos to operate both in-person and mobile sportsbooks. Century Casinos runs two casinos: Century Casino & Hotel Cap Girardeau and Century Casino Caruthersville.

The “long-term” deal permits BetMGM to operate in-person and mobile sportsbooks in Missouri using Century Casino & Hotel Cap Girardeau’s license.

According to the agreement, BetMGM will pay Century Casinos a percentage of net gaming income, with a predetermined minimum. Century Casinos will choose the in-person sportsbook offers.
