Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming Won the U.s. Best Managed Company Award

The 2025 US Best Managed Company Gold Standard winners, Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming, have been recognized for the sixth year in a row for their leadership, inventiveness, and unwavering excellence in hospitality and entertainment.

Companies that are chosen for the honour must go through a thorough judging procedure.

The companies behind the Seminole Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos in Tampa and Hollywood have received awards for the sixth year in a row.

Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming were selected 2025 US Best Managed Company Gold Standard winners. The award is given to private enterprises in the United States that generate at least $250 million in sales. The initiative, sponsored by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, requires firms to be evaluated by judges.

Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming, both having strong links to Florida tourism, were among just 61 firms awarded this year statewide.

Jim Allen, Chair of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming, stated, “We are honoured to be named a US Best Managed Company for the fifth year in a row, making us a Gold Standard winner.” “This award is a testament to the amazing skill and passion of our approximately 65,000 team members globally, whose combined efforts and unwavering dedication to excellence create an exciting work environment and remarkable visitor experiences.

There are 300 Hard Rock International sites worldwide, including hotels in Daytona Beach and Universal Orlando Resort close to the amusement parks.

For the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Seminole Gaming oversees six casino businesses in Florida and was the first Indian Tribe in North America to launch Ultimate Bingo.

According to a news release from Hard Rock International, “hundreds of private companies worldwide have competed for this designation in their respective countries through a rigorous and independent process.”
