Hard Rock reveals the resort’s opening schedule for the United Arab Emirates in 2028.

Al Marjan Island Ras Al Khaimah Uae1 Main

By 2028, Hard Rock International plans to open a hotel and housing complex in Ras Al Khaimah. The venture, in collaboration with db Group and RAK Hospitality, seeks to promote tourism and economic diversification in the United Arab Emirates.

Within the next four years, Hard Rock International plans to open the Hard Rock Hotel & Residences Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Hard Rock and HR Hotel FZ LLC, a joint venture between RAK Hospitality Holding and the Malta-based db Group, have an agreement that includes the new hotel.

Hard Rock’s most recent project is anticipated to be finished by the end of 2028, following the recent opening of its Ottawa facility. There will be about 395 flats and 300 hotel rooms in the mixed-use complex. Near Al Marjan Island, the site of Wynn Resorts’ resort development, the facility will generate close to 500 direct, long-term jobs.

A variety of dining options, spas, convention and event spaces, and fitness centres with extra services will all be included. The brand claims that because of its entertainment-driven hotel services, it is one of Hard Rock’s continuous worldwide expansion goals.

The company’s initial venture into the emirate, which is quickly becoming as a premier travel and leisure destination for the area, will be in Ras Al Khaimah real estate.

The development and broader objectives for diversifying the emirate’s economy were found to be related by the project’s stakeholders. The joint venture was described by RAK Hospitality Holding as a strategic alliance of proven development skills, worldwide brand strength, and local market knowledge.

The facility would be db Group’s first major development outside of Malta, the firm said.
