Michigan’s Firekeepers Online Casino Will Temporarily Close in Order to Upgrade Its Platform

With additional games, new payment methods, and a brand-new loyalty program, FireKeepers Casino is improving its online gaming platform. The full relaunch is anticipated by June 27, 2025, with the update starting on June 22.

Customers have been informed by FireKeepers gaming of significant modifications that will be made to the company’s online gaming platform. On June 26th, the operator intends to update its application.

Earlier this week, a FireKeepers client emailed PlayMichigan over the change. The email contains the following content and directs the recipient to the FireKeepers website:

We’re thrilled to share that we’re revamping the iGaming experience! Providing excellent entertainment is the main goal of FireKeepers, and we think the same should apply to our iGaming platform.

“We have listened to your worries and annoyances over the last four years. We have thus taken the time to create an experience that will live up to the standards of quality and service that you have come to expect from FireKeepers Casino Hotel.

FireKeepers Online Casino must temporarily stop down in order to complete a few prerequisites for the update.

Coming soon are more games and payment options.

On its website, the operator has provided day-by-day information on the shutdown procedure, making it very obvious.

Sunday, June 22: Registration will be closed, and new accounts won’t be able to be created until everything is finished.

On Tuesday, June 24, all cashier operations will be temporarily suspended, preventing any further requests for withdrawals or deposits.

Since the website and applications won’t be accessible, the upgrade will begin on Thursday, June 26.

The upgrades are expected to be finished on Friday, June 27.

FireKeepers outlined the planned enhancements in a Q&A section of the website.

“We are significantly enhancing the platform with new games, a brand-new loyalty program, and more payment options.”
