It’s more likely that these five operators are reacting in accordance with a wave of cease-and-desists issued behind closed doors by Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti or the Tennessee Sports Wagering Council.

Sweepsy was informed by a Stake.us customer service agent that Tennessee would be added to the website’s list of banned states on December 19. For a complete platform outage, both Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin gaming would be affected.
Meanwhile, participants in Tennessee received an email from RealPrize and LoneStar, both owned by RealPlay Tech Inc., informing them of the impending change.

In Tennessee, RealPrize is discontinuing Promotional Play (Sweeps Coins) as of November 24, 2025. Beginning on November 24, 2025, customers in the state of Tennessee will not be able to take part in Promotional Play (Sweeps Coins) in any manner.
We promise you that this choice was not made lightly and was reached after taking into account a number of business issues, even though this news may be disappointing.
